Refund Eligibility
- Technical Issues: Refunds may be considered if our platform experiences significant technical failures that prevent trading for extended periods.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you can prove that a transaction was made without your authorization, we will investigate and may provide a refund.
- Service Interruption: In cases where our services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our technical issues.
- Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service or package.
Non-Refundable Items
- Trading losses due to market volatility
- Copy trading losses from followed traders
- Mining package investments after activation
- Subscription fees for premium features already used
- Withdrawal fees and transaction costs
Refund Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
